is a licensed and ordained Chaplain, Minister, and a devoted woman of faith with a powerful call to prayer and ministry.
She is committed to serving both men and women, offering spiritual guidance, encouragement, and support to those navigating life’s challenges.
With a heart for fellowship and restoration, TocQuien has a special passion for gathering women together in spaces filled with worship, connection, and joy. Through meaningful experiences centered around faith, food, fun, and fellowship, she creates environments where women can be refreshed, healed, and strengthened.
She is the founder of Sisters Strengthening Sisters, a faith-based movement created to support women through life’s challenges by providing spiritual guidance, community, and empowerment.
TocQuien believes that through prayer, unity, and love, lives are transformed, burdens are lifted, and women are empowered to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

What We Do
We provide a safe and nurturing space for girls and women of all backgrounds to experience encouragement, healing, accountability, and spiritual growth through godly principles. Our community promotes transparency, support, and empowerment—equipping women to take their rightful place in the things of God with confidence and purpose.
Empowerment Events
We go beyond spiritual growth by also offering financial and educational seminars designed to remove barriers and equip women with practical tools for everyday life. We are committed to developing well-rounded women who are spiritually grounded, financially aware, and intellectually empowered.

We partner with local churches to help them connect more effectively with women in the community—bridging gaps, building relationships, and extending the reach of ministry beyond the walls.
